EtherCAT in DE2-115 FPGA Board.

Dear experts, kindly, I need to know is it possible to implement the EtherCAT interface using the Altera DE2-115 FPGA board (EP4CE115F29C7).

Am new to FPGA, If any one suggest me any example of EtherCAT implementaion in DE2-115,
it would be very hepfull for my application.

Check on altera website they have IP core for cyclone IV industrial netwroking kit. and all the information how to impelement.
